Epson Telford is the only European manufacturing and distribution site for ink cartridge, and textile inks. Quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, from our clean room environment to our in-house machinery, design and technology improvements which use our own Epson 6-axis robots.

Epson Telford is at the forefront of Seiko Epson’s environmental activities and was the first site within the Group to receive ISO14001. Epson Telford continues to have dedicated improvement activities to reduce energy and ensure we send zero waste to landfill.

Innovation and continuous improvement is at the core of Epson’s work ethos and with this in mind Epson Telford have proactively undertaken many activities to reduce our burden on the environment with achievements in waste, water and energy usage reduction. Environmental focus is driven through everything we do and our staff play a key part in this. All members of Epson Telford receive environmental training upon employment and this is further supported through regular Environmental communications. Employees that have a passion and interest in environmental conservation can also become one of our onsite Environmental and Health and safety reps.

Epson apprenticeship schemes

Become an Apprentice at Epson Telford, you will be rewarded as you develop your skills and start on the road to building an inspiring career.

There are two development routes within the Company, an Advanced Apprentice scheme and an Undergraduate Development Programme. The choice to join the Advanced Apprentice Scheme or Undergraduate Development Programme will depend on your education level and your interests.

The Advanced Apprentice Scheme runs for four years and it is designed for those who wish to join Epson after taking their GCSEs or A levels.

The Undergraduate Development Programme is designed who want to go to University but may still be unsure of their career choices or area of expertise. You can apply any time after the age of 16.
